Rachel Zoe Spring 2017 Collection Review by Vogue

It seems less a matter of if Rachel Zoe has previously name-checked Talitha Getty as a seasonal inspiration than when. The ur-jet-setter, Getty is analogous with the glam-y take on wanderlust that’s of perennial interest to Zoe and her team. Spring ’17 found Getty evoked by name; the patron saint—or no saint, arguably, but a princess, at least—of the stylist-slash-designer’s vision. Her influence was writ large: caftan dressing abounded, as did lush-looking Moroccan prints which could have been plucked straight off some tapestry or tiled floor of the late socialite’s sumptuous Marrakech home (its well-earned nickname: “Pleasure Palace”).
